PauseWell is a small, offline screen break reminder for Windows. Its default routine is a 10-second break every 15 minutes and a 1-minute break every hour. When those times overlap, the longer break takes priority.

On the GitHub repository page, open Releases, choose the latest version, and download PauseWell.exe from its files. Open it to run PauseWell; no installer or internet connection is needed.
The first reminder arrives 15 minutes after launch. Closing the dashboard keeps PauseWell running near the clock. Settings and daily progress stay on your PC in %LOCALAPPDATA%\PauseWell\settings.xml.
On Windows, run Build.ps1 to rebuild the app. It uses the Windows .NET Framework compiler and does not need a separate .NET SDK. Close PauseWell before rebuilding. Run checks\Verify.ps1 to check reminder timing, settings, break completion, and window layout.
