A game launcher and cloud save sync client for RomM on Windows. Browse your library, launch games, and keep saves backed up automatically.

• Smart ROM File Selection: Multi-file games (Switch NSP + updates + DLC) now correctly pick the base game file instead of the first metadata file found
• No Unnecessary Extraction: Non-Windows platforms (PS1, PS2, PS3, Switch, N64, GBA, etc.) no longer trigger 7-Zip extraction, as emulators handle these formats natively
• Filename Sanitisation: Garbage server-side names (e.g. COMICSANS18.LAF) are automatically renamed to clean title-based filenames post-download
• Extended ROM Detection: resolve_local_rom_path now recognises 15+ modern formats (including .nsp, .xci, .nsz, .rvz, .wua) and includes fuzzy game-title matching for renamed files
• .nsz Warning: Added a warning when attempting to download Switch .nsz files, which require external decompression before they can be played in Eden

Supported Emulators

Getting Started (for regular users)

1. Download the latest Wingosy.exe from Releases
2. Run it — no install needed
3. Enter your RomM server URL and credentials
4. Set emulator paths in the Emulators tab
5. Click any game to play

That's it. No Python, no dependencies.

Windows Games

• Add games as .zip, .7z, or .iso to RomM under a Windows platform slug
• Wingosy downloads and extracts them automatically
• PCGamingWiki suggests where the game saves files
• Pin a default exe and save folder per game in Game Settings
• Saves are zipped and synced to RomM on exit

Save Sync

• Pulls before launch if cloud is newer, folder is empty, or folder is missing
• Pushes on exit — zips save dir, uploads to RomM
• Per-emulator conflict behavior in the Sync tab
• Sync interval configurable (default 120s)
