SpatialEdit — Spark AI Hub wrapper

Docker image wrapping EasonXiao-888/SpatialEdit with a gradio UI, for NVIDIA DGX Spark via Spark AI Hub.

• Base: CUDA 12.9 devel + PyTorch nightly cu129 (Blackwell-ready)
• flash_attn==2.7.4.post1 compiled at build time (same path as trellis2-spark)
• Weights auto-fetched on first launch: SpatialEdit-16B, Qwen3-VL-8B-Instruct, Wan2.1 VAE
• Gradio UI on port 7860
