A simple, privacy-focused, browser-based Kegel exercise trainer for men.

Kegel Trainer provides a visual, timed routine for pelvic floor exercises. It runs entirely in the browser and is designed to be quick to use without accounts, sign-ups, or unnecessary features.

No build process or special software is required.

Download or clone this repository and open index.html in a modern web browser.

You can also serve the files using any standard local web server.
