Koòrd
Working with a language model on a complex problem produces, almost always, the same outcome: a long, rich, unrecoverable conversation. Koòrdinated Thinking is a method for keeping the reasoning instead of losing it. Koòrd is the tooling that makes the method ordinary rather than demanding.
This repository is the public space where both are presented. It holds three parts, deliberately kept apart.

The method in one paragraph
The specification, not the product, is the primary artefact: the product is derived from it and verifiable against it. Every decision of substance is numbered and carries its rationale, so it is citable instead of re-litigated. Questions that cannot yet be answered are recorded as open points rather than forced or forgotten. And the problem is put to several interlocutors — distinct in role, and where the stakes justify it distinct in model and vendor — because a single perspective, human or machine, is the limit of the reasoning it can produce.

Status
Early. The method is published as a proposal, revision open. The application is not yet built. What is here is what is ready; nothing is stubbed to look finished.
This repository is a one-way release window, not a collaborative development site. External contributions are not open at this stage, and there is no CLA.

Two licences, split by path — text is content, code is software:
