ElixirLS: Elixir support and debugger for VS Code

Provides Elixir language support and debugger. This extension is powered by the Elixir Language Server (ElixirLS), an Elixir implementation of Microsoft's IDE-agnostic Language Server Protocol and VS Code debug protocol. This project has moved!

It's now being maintained by proactive volunteers from the Elixir community over at elixir-lsp/vscode-elixir-ls. Updates will continue to be published from that repo to the original VS Code extension, so no need to switch plugins.
